When we struggle with inner darkness, it feels like we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. We’re told our greatest self-help tools are willpower and analytical thinking – that we just need to get a plan and stick to it. But trying harder doesn’t always work and trying to control our behaviour is exhausting. The more we battle ourselves, the more we struggle.

Life will always be difficult if you don’t know who you are.

I guide clients through a gentle process of self-exploration and personal growth. Instead of goal setting and talking ourselves into “a better way of being”, we’ll focus on the practice of inner silence, value clarification and the cultivation of wisdom. You will explore your fundamental beliefs about yourself and the kind of life you want to lead. The deepest and most lasting changes in our lives come through increased awareness and attunement to our true needs.

There are a number of program options to suit your needs:

one-on-one sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, with each session lasting one hour.
Telephone sessions
individual sessions can be arranged, regardless of where you are.  For clients living in Toronto, meeting in person for the first session is ideal.
Small group
small groups of 4-5 clients meet weekly for approximately 4 months in an atmosphere of sharing, support, and confidentiality.  Group sessions are 2 hours in length.

All clients will receive course materials during the intake session and personalized follow-up throughout the process.
