Amy Smith is a psychotherapist specializing in helping people struggling with problems such as eating disorders, addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and relationship problems.

Janet Lovegrove is a registered nurse and health & wellness consultant specializing in helping people cope with caregiver stress, depression and anxiety, chronic pain, and acute and chronic disease management.
